A stone's throw from the beach

It is a quiet and pleasant complex consisting of three parts forming a triangle. It has a cosy look with wooden terraces and tiled roofs. The flats are situated on three floors. The apartments have spacious balconies. There is no lift in the buildings. Despite the central location there are no bars and no noisy nightlife in the vicinity. At night there is a security guard in the complex.

The apartments have one bedroom with two single beds, living room with sofa bed. The kitchen is well equipped with electric cooker, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, and fridge. Bathroom with bath/shower. The ground floor apartments have a small garden with table, chairs, and sun loungers. There is a washing machine in each apartment and a flat-screen TV. Free Wi-Fi access is available in the accommodation. Towels and bed linen are provided.

There are two heated saltwater pools in the complex, one for adults and one for children. The pools have a constant temperature of 25-26 degrees during the winter season. El Cardon is located about 150 metres from the famous Las Vistas Beach in Los Cristianos. It takes only a five minutes’ walk to the beach and all amenities. There is no need to hire a car or other means of transport as there are shops, shopping centres, restaurants, bars, and hospitals just around the corner.

Playa Las Vistas is golden sand, you can choose between lying on the sand and sunbathing or renting a sun lounger and parasol. Los Cristianos beach has volleyball nets where teams from all over Europe train and where national and international tournaments are held. Like Playa de Los Cristianos, Las Vistas is characterised by its calm waters, ideal for children at any time of the year. Las Vistas Beach is one of the beaches in Tenerife adapted for disabled people who use wheelchairs, which is why it is defined as "Accessible Beach" by the Cabildo of Tenerife, with reserved parking, showers, ramps, and access walkways. Red Cross staff help the disabled into the water with special vehicles. This service is free of charge.

The famous water park Siam Park is about 3 km from El Cardón, the large Safari Shopping Centre is easily accessible via the promenade and the nearest airport Reina Sofía is about 20 minutes by car/taxi.
