Apartment in the centre of Los Cristianos

This cosy house is centrally located in a pedestrian street and very close to the beach and the harbour of Los Cristianos. The location is ideal for those who want to combine beach and shopping. Edificio Emma has ten apartments divided on three floors. There is no lift in the building. Apartments with one bedroom, living room with sofa bed and a small balcony.

A well-equipped kitchen where you have electric cooker, microwave, fridge, electric coffee machine and kettle. Bathroom with shower. There are two large terraces at the top of the house, one with table, chairs, and a communal washing machine and the other with sun loungers, showers, and sea views. A great place to sit out with a glass of wine and enjoy the sun. The accommodations have free Wi-Fi and flat screen TV. Towels and bed linen are provided. There is no swimming pool in the house. The easiest way to get to Edifico Emma is to walk along Avenida Los Playeros to number 39.

The area which was once a quiet little fishing village now has all kinds of bars, restaurants, shops, and a wide range of places for tourists which remain open all year round. Despite the proximity to the city centre, it is very quiet, as it is a bit far away from the lively entertainment area. After 11 p.m. the streets are practically deserted.

Playa Las Vistas has golden sand, and you can choose between lying on the sand and sunbathing or renting a sun lounger and parasol. Los Cristianos beach has volleyball nets where teams from all over Europe train and where national and international tournaments are held. Like Playa de Los Cristianos, Las Vistas is characterised by its calm waters, ideal for children at any time of the year. Las Vistas Beach is one of the beaches in Tenerife adapted for disabled people who use wheelchairs, which is why it is defined as "Accessible Beach" by the Cabildo of Tenerife, with reserved parking, showers, ramps, and access walkways. Red Cross staff help the disabled into the water with special vehicles. This service is free of charge.

The famous water park Siam Park is about 3 km from Edificio Emma, the large Safari Shopping Centre is easily accessible via the promenade and the nearest airport Reina Sofia is about 20 minutes away by car/taxi.
